We search for DevCentre IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science or similar

Experience:

• MS Windows Systems
• Linux (desirable)

Specialized knowledge:

• Help Desk systems (desirable)
• Familiar with the following services: CVS,POP3/SMTP,SVN,VSS,TestTrack,CaliberRM,TCM (desirable)
• MS Windows XP, Vista
• MS Office
• Basic MS Windows Servers administering
• Basic Linux-like systems administering
• Workstation hardware configuring
• Periphery devices configuring
• Basic TCP/IP protocol suite

Skills & Abilities:

• English pre-intermediate level or higher (desirable)
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to “get things done”
• Work using checklists
