We search for QA/QC Expert with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Clear understanding and differentiating of QA and QC goals, practices and activities within Organization
• Knowledge & experience in the most recent standards depends on the problem, application, testing goals and test types in QC and recent process standards in QA
• Knowledge and usage of the most recent QA methodologies and QC methods in practices and on the projects
• Knowledge and usage of the recent QA/QC tools and frameworks
• Development of the structural approach in QA and QC activities within project and organization
• Test automation experience and recent practices (tools, frameworks, platforms, methodologies, processes)
• Test Automation place within SDLC depends on the SDLC types
• Strong Advisory skills
• Strong Management and leadership skills
• Strong Communication skills
• IT offshore experience and QA/QC best practices
• Business Goals and Client expectation understanding and management skills
• QA/QC processes analysis and assessments
• Developing and consulting on QA strategy and defining full-cycle QC process on project level
• Understanding of PM, BA, QA responsibilities and collaboration schema
• Establishing, measuring, tracking, and reporting of basic QA and QC metrics and analyzing their trends and up-coming results
• Developing and planning a Project Test Strategy
• Designing and implementing QA processes and QA infrastructure
• Designing and implementing QC processes and QC infrastructure
• Cooperating with internal groups such as Product Management, Engineering and Support on the overall offering

Desirable Responsibilities:

• Building, managing, and mentoring the QA and QC team (Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies)
• 7+ years of the IT experience in QA and QC
• Knowledge of the QA testing methodologies plus experience in the software development and test automation
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams providing development, marketing, and support to ship a quality product on schedule
• Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing). Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent follow through skills
• Project management and coordination skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude. Taking initiative and inviting responsibility; feeling comfortable in an unstructured and dynamic environments
• Leadership experience in building and managing QA Teams
